Blog Post 1: Proposal
The famous urban legend in Dallas, Texas is The Lady of White Rock Lake. When I first heard about this story it was aired on channel eight news. In the early 1920's there was a woman that drowned at white rock lake. There has been sightings of the lady in a white wet dress walking down a dark road that has alot of twists and turns putting her thumb out to hitchhike for a ride and screaming for help. There has also been sightings of the lady in white walking across the water. What really happened to the lady in the white dress! The legend states be careful who pick up at White Rock Lake and bring a towel because the lady in white might leave a wet spot in your car.
